
Basically you have a number of tasks in each level to complete so you can win a coin. Of course this can be expected due to the fact it's aimed at children but even so the lack of complexity makes it enjoyable to play, even for adults.

The storyline revolves around King Neptune having his jewels stolen by Plankton, a competitor to the food shop that Spongebob is employed at. Along with this THQ have developed a platform game and while it's probably easy to dismiss this as a kids title, its one of the better platform games that we have played for quite some time, even for adults.

Spongebob Squarepants is a character you wouldn't expect to succeed on childrens television, but it seems that this is one of Nickelodeons premiere franchises as it has managed to get a feature film created for it. They just seem to be able to come up with character after character and not only that, every single one of them seem to be quite watchable even for adults.
